In Apple Guide there is a hidden way to get a list of credits. Although, I don’t know how to pull up the window. I found that it existed by opening the Apple Guide extension through ResEdit. When opening the the TEXT resource and double-clicking on “Who?” you will see this:

AppleScript "Cheeze Whiz"
Choose "About Script Editor" from the Apple menu. Then Hold down the Control key and click on the program’s icon or the text “The Script Editor” to see the words “Guava Surprise”. Then click the Credits button. The credits changed! For more fun do the same for About AppleScript to see "Pure Guava". Note the “Team Mascots” name. Charles Wiltgen
AppleSearch Server
Choose About AppleSearch Server..., then click the icon.
Ô£øAt Ease
While in At Ease hold down Option while going to "About At Ease...". After a few seconds you will see some credits below the moving heads.
 
Calculator
There is a small pixel in the lower left-hand and right-hand corners of the calculator, at the very tip. These are the only other places on the calculator from which you can drag the calculator. It is used in case the calculator is dragged too high and above the menu bar. I really have no idea how you would get it there in the first place and by quitting and starting over again the calculator appears in the center of the screen.
Pressing E when using calculator will switch it to scientific notation.
Ô£øTyping E ,then 9999, and pushing "=" will give you infinity. This is possible with other numbers.
 
Clock
Holding down option and clicking on the clock hides it.
 
Disk First Aid
Press Command S to see exactly what the program is doing.
 
ES•F2F Video Confrencing
Hold down Command and Option while going to "About ES•F2F..." to see a detailed window of system information.
 
Fax Terminal
Fax Terminal is an application that comes with the Geoport and Express Modem and is included in the Telecom package. When going to “About Fax Terminal...” drag your mouse over the icon of the fax machine. You will notice your cursor has changed to a question mark. Click on the icon and you will see some credits. Holding down command will speed it up.
 
Find File
When holding down Shift and selecting “Find” in the file menu under system 7.5 you will notice that it is not the normal find window but the one from system 7.1. Such memories. It is also a default if the Find File extension is not installed. This only applies for "Find..." in the File Menu.
To get more options in find file hold down option while selecting on the name.
 
HyperCard "WildCard" (hence the creator code 'WILD')
Hold down Option when going to “About HyperCard...” to see some extra system info.. Some of it varies with the Macintosh.
In the original release of HyperCard 2.0 "Snow" (not 2.0v2), type "get 1/0" into the message box. Your Mac will crash with a "division by zero" error. Oops, talk about having full control over your computer!
 
Installer
In version 3.0.1 (the one that comes with System 6.0.7 and 6.0.8), after dismissing the initial welcome dialog, type "ski". A humorous list of the developers will appear, and you will be able to choose from five wait-cursors: the hand with the moving fingers (standard), a spinning globe, the familiar spinning disc, the even more familiar wristwatch, and dots that move.
On version 3.2 (the one that comes with System 7), hold down command and option while the Easy Install screen is up. The Help button becomes "About", and clicking on it brings up a few screens of credits.
Ô£øLan Satellite
I suppose this would be an egg. Under the View menu, choose the "Recognition..." selection, and scroll through the listings. Towards the bottom you'll find iconic representations of the new PowerPC Macs and their names! Since this software came from Apple, you gotta believe there's something to this. It's some sort of Appletalk scanning program.
 
Launcher
Another secret about box is apparent in launcher when holding down Option and Command keys and click on the background behind the topic buttons (very top, where it has the application button). (System 7.5 only)
Show the launcher at system start-up by setting it in General controls. Restart and click the label menu before doing anything else. This will give you the same thing that happens when you delete all the names of the labels. It says “alanjef”
 
MacsBug
Type DV to see the MacsBug development team. Typing just DV V will give you the version.
 
Puzzle
If you push clear under the Edit menu you will see a list of numbers. Just put them in order and click on clear again. Your Apple will now be in order. You can also rearrange the numbers in a paint program and return it for an unsolvable puzzle. Furtherly you can paste any puzzle picture you want on it.
 
QuickDraw GX "El Kabong" (Parts were Sarano and Skia)
Dragging the icon of the QuickDraw GX extension over to the desktop printer will print a list of credits of the development team for the extension. I recommend looking at the preview instead of printing it to save time, paper, and ink.
Ô£øSelect a GX desktop printer, hold down Shift-Option-Command and choose "Open" from the File menu. It gives you a very cool, simple demo of GX's geometry capabilities. Charles Wiltgen (cwiltgen@mcs.com)
 
QuicKeys 2.0
Open the macro definition window, and click on the logo to bring up a credits window. Wait for about half a minute. A bunny walks across the window beating a drum. After it crosses, the message "QuicKeys keeps on going!" is displayed. Okay, so it’s not Apple but it comes with most newer Apple computers, or at least the test drive does.

QuickTime SimplePlayer 1.0
Press Option while you select “About SimplePlayer...” to see some grey cats.
 
ResEdit
When using ResEdit 2.1.3 (other versions ahould work) if you hold down the Apple, Option, and Shift keys while selecting “About ResEdit..” in the Apple Menu the message “Start Pig Mode” will flash on the screen and an oink sound is heard. If this is repeated the message “Stop Pig Mode (no oink)” will appear. It is used for more advanced programming. When you put ResEdit into pig mode, resources will be compacted and purged each time ResEdit goes through its event loop (several times a second). It will slow down the system so I don’t recommend you use this. When holding Apple and Option and selecting “About ResEdit” you will see some credits too.
If you turn on pig mode while running ResEdit from a floppy disk the disk will "oink" a few times each second (most easily heard on an old Plus in a quiet room). Your machine might crash so beware!
Hold down Option when you verify a file to see what the application is doing.
 
Stickies
Type Antler! and press return. You will then see a picture with two names. Make sure you type just “Antler!” right after you create a new note. If anything else is written previously or if there is any editing done it will not work.
 
TeachText
In TeachText holding down Apple and Option and selecting “About TeachText...” you will see some extra credits.
